At Digitizing Cottage, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of digital services, the following refund terms apply:
1. Digital Services
- All digitizing and vector conversion services are non-refundable once the work has started or delivered
- Initial payments or deposits are non-refundable
2. Revisions Policy
- We offer free revisions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Refunds are only considered if we are unable to meet your requirements after revisions
3. Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before work has started
- Once work begins, cancellation is not allowed
4. Quality Issues
If you are not satisfied:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will revise the design until it meets your expectations
5. Refund Approval
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Completed orders
- Delays caused by incomplete information from the client
- Minor differences in design expectations
